6. Work your way downwards and continue doing all sides of your house.

7. Make sure to spray around your house with a garden hose working from top to bottom so that the traces of chemicals from the detergent are completely removed.

Leave at least a two days gap before starting to paint your house after you have washed the surfaces in preparation for the job.
