We welcome all Jockey Club proprietors to participate in the quarterly Board of Director conferences. The times of these meetings are shown below and issued on premise ten days in advance of each commencement date as a helpful reminder for anybody who is visiting or plan to visit during these vital and valued events.

Quarterly Annual Assessment Billings

On October 14th, 2010 a scheduled NJCIOA Board meeting was held. During this appointment one of the subject matter for discussion was supporting the Jockey Club owners during these severe financial times by altering the yearly Upkeep Service fee billing to Quarterly payments. The vote was unanimous in favor of quarterly expenditures. You may continue to pay the entire sum if you so want or expend quarterly. The first quarterly installment will be due on January 1st, 2011, the second - April 1st, 2011, the third - July 1st, 2011 and the fourth and final for the year, October 1st, 2011. We surely value the loyalty of the Jockey Club owners and are assured that this will likely lend a hand in causing the annual upkeep payments more cost-effective for your, “Home Away from Home.”

Self Parking

Self Parking is currentlyobtainable for all Jockey Club owners and guests. When cruising to your Home Away from Home, we suggest that you please pull your car or truck to the front entry to leaveyour travel luggage and or household goods with the Bell team for your convenience. Then you may move to the 3 B parking level, this is the ONLY level that has access to the Jockey Club elevators in the vehicle parking structure. Level 3 B parking location within Cosmo’s 5 story subterranean parking structure is the allocated space for all Jockey Club motor vehicles. Once Jockey Club owners park on the level 3B, you will enjoy taking one of the two Jockey Club given and named elevators to the 1st floor or 2nd floor (positionedon the north wall of the structure). You may then take the elevator up to the ground floor of the Jockey Club,move forwardto the main lobby to the Resort Desk for check-in and to see all of your Jockey Club acquaintancesas we are here waiting for you. Please note: There are some small structure projects that haveto take place by the parking structure elevators leading to the main lobby of the Jockey Club that will beconcluded in the near future.
