India is a developed country now; many multi national companies already started their business in India. Many global companies are waiting to arrive soon. All the states of India are with many car spares company and IT industries companies are with their production now. Those companies hesitated to start their business in India, due to the headache of Recruitment process outsourcing. They are afraid to start their industries, because to get man power in India is very difficult. The main reason is all the educated and talented persons are spread all over India, and they are not available in one particular place of India. A company needs an Executive to their concern that the company must have to call all the applicants from all over India and select one among them. Executive search was previously difficult. The present day’s trend is different. There are some genuine online companies fulfilling the requirements of all the multi national and global companies. The previous problem was temporary staffing; many companies would be interested in appointing skilled workers. Their service would be required only for a short duration. Those skilled workers would do their job, and they would train the company’s staffs to do the same job. If the worker gets any doubts, or finding problem with their work, the management would be calling the skilled workers again. This is purely temporary contract job, but they would be paid high remuneration for their work, depending on their merit, and experience. Appointing them on a contract was very difficult in previous condition. Now there are companies with talented candidates, with different qualifications. This permits all the NMC’s to avail their service for temporary staffing problems. If there is no online recruitment service available to them, they must have to close their business and go back to their country. Only human resource officer of the company would be taking care of the entire staffs of any company. HR executives would be always switching to another company, because they get an offer from various companies with better salary for their experience. The companies would be having permanent vacancy for HR post. To fill the HR post only eligible recruitment company could handle their problem, because they need a HR person with good experience in maintaining all staffs record including temporary and permanent. Hr executive only responsible for offering corporate training to staffs, only Hr must have to fix trainers from various places, he must have to arrange also their boarding and loading, and other needs of the trainers. The present Human resource studies permits a person to be aware of out sourcing process through online, and help their company where they are employed with. Many HR professionals also getting their job, only from trusted online out sourcing companies. Recruitment process outsource is very simple now from online and that too with genuine service providers. At the same time no human resource executives would be able to start an online company and provide employees for any company, because it requires years together experience in out sourcing industry, just having a huge data base would not solve the purpose of employers.
