The most important resources required for any business are Human Resource. Having any business is not as tough as managing the human resources. To manage the human resource the companies generally have a whole department know as human resource department. The department handles the responsibilities related to the recruitment and all the other responsibilities related to the employee. The business will successfully able to work only when the human resource there will work properly.

Every business wants to have a quality staff and for that they used several ways to attract them to join. Developing a benefit plan which includes all the rules and regulation and offer a fair deal for the employee is the most difficult thing for any business. This departments Handle all the responsibilities for implementing strategies and policies relating to the management of individuals. Coordinating the range of workers, the processes and the personnel management is the few function including the HR departments.

The HR is the department which is responsible for hiring, skills development and tracking, benefits administration and compliance with associated government regulations is known as HR department. Several processes that are been performing in HR department are.

Working atmosphere: a good working atmosphere is the important part to improve the performance of the employee.

Human resource also works as the counseling body for the employee. The department in the company will look after the relations between the employer and the employee, actually the department is the communication bridge between them.
