The keyword density is how many times the keyword or keyword phrase is used within the article. Some services say at least eight to ten times within the whole article. Some say it has to be used at least twice; once in the opening paragraph and once in the closing paragraph, but numerous times within the body of the article.

As stated before, you cannot just overrun your article with keyword and keyword phrases.
